This lovely bungalow, situated in a quiet estate at the foot of the beautiful Campsie Fells, has everything you could want for a comfortable, convenient holiday base.
The cottage is all on one level, with level access throughout, and as such is particularly suitable for people who have disabilities, mobility problems or young children.
We can accommodate up to 5 adults, plus an infant. It offers three well furnished bedrooms (one with a walk-in wardrobe) - a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedded room, and a single room. In addition, there is a folding cot and a high chair if needed for an infant.
The spacious living room has plenty of seating to relax after a day out, and has TV, DVD, and WiFi connection, and has views over the garden to the impressive Campsie Fells.
The large kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, small electric mixer, pressure cooker, slow cooker etc.).
The kitchen opens into a bright dining conservatory, with access via a double door to a broad deck area and patio, a sheltered sun-trap! There is also a large private fenced garden to the front, suitable for children to play in safely, or for adults to relax. Garden furniture is available, and further folding chairs can be found in a small shed on the patio.
A well proportioned tiled bathroom with electric over-bath shower completes the accommodation.
The cottage is triple glazed, well insulated, and has gas central heating. All linen is supplied, as well as cleaning materials etc.
